The prices listed below are for clients who wish to rent our venue only, which includes amenities such as tables and chairs. You are welcome to bring your own outside vendors to bring your event to life (such as caterers, DJs, entertainment) We simply provide the space during your contracted time slot.
IMPORTANT: You are responsible to return the venue as it was given at the end of your event (food, garbage, décor items, and all other items brought in by client and vendors must be removed)

Terms & Conditions
- 3 hours for set-up
- 4 hours for event
- 1 hour breakdown
(you may choose to use your 8 hours as you see fit but must vacate the venue by contracted end time)
- A $200 Refundable Incidental fee will be required for all bookings
- $150 Security Guard fee for all events (no exception)
- $100 Cleaning fee for all Events (no exception)
- Drink attendants, Servers/Waitstaff are available for hire at an additional cost
- We offer rental items at prices below the industry standard

If the time blocks do not suit your needs, we offer FULL DAY options that provided you uninterrupted access to the venue.

Photography Rental
$100 per hour plus $100 cleaning fee ( 2 hour minimum)
Our space is available for styled shoots and photo-shoots Monday through Friday. Please contact us to inquire for use and special rates. This applies to creatives in the event industry (Florist, Decorators, Photographers, Videographers, Artists etc.).
