to book Soho in Suffolk Loft 

Thanks for your interest in hosting your private event with us. Please see summary of terms to use venue.

Effective Nov. 1, 2023

Non Refundable retainer to reserve venue:
  • Venue cannot be reserved without confirmed payment and signing venue agreement.
  • Your Deposit is Non-Refundable
  • Current government ID will be required to reserve the venue.
  • Person reserving the venue must be 25 years and older.

Incidental deposit:
  • $200 incidental deposit will be added to your final bill. This will be returned within 5 days after your event. Returned when venue and its equipment/supplies are returned without damage, no overtime use of space, and violation of venue terms.

Cancellation and payment of balance:
  • If you must cancel your event, please ensure you do it at least 4 weeks before the event.
  • Any cancellation less than 4 weeks will require full payment of the venue balance.
  • If you have to reschedule your event, be sure to let us know before the 4 weeks mark. Rescheduling fees will apply.

Payment Methods:
  • Initial payment: Zelle, and Credit Card. Note: A 3.5% credit card processing fee will be added to the payment
  • Final payment: Zelle, Cash,and Certified Check ( Made to Soho in Long Island).
  • Note: Credit Card payments will no longer be accepted for final payments

Final payment:
  • Due 30 days before your event. If you book your event less than 30 days to your event, all venue fees will be due on reserving the venue. Please pay on time to avoid late payments.

Not allowed on our venue premises:
  • No smoking or vaping onsite and on the venue's grounds and in front of the building.
  • No glitter or confetti, fog machines, hookahs, sparklers
  • No use of tape on venue walls.
  • No real flames except for warming food and candles for the event cake. Floating candles are allowed as long as they are not exposed to flames and in a container.

Set up/ Event/ Breakdown:
  • We provide 6-8 hours including setup, event, and clean-up times. Last Hour of your time block is for cleaning. We are NOT Responsible if your event starts late due to guests’ late arrival, please contact us for time extension approval if needed. ($250 per hour)

Final payment:
  • Due 30 days before your event. If you book your event less than 30 days to your event, all venue fees will be due on reserving the venue. Please pay on time to avoid late payments.
